Moving still images across the screen
Using the Motion effect controls in Premiere Pro, you can move still images across the screen, resize them, or both.
1 Import the still image. For more information, see “Importing still images” on page 90.
2 Drop the still image onto a video track.
3 Use the Motion effect controls to move or scale the still-image clip. For more information, see “Adjust position,
scale, and rotation” on page 280.
Moving and scaling Photoshop layers separately
Using the Motion effect controls in Premiere Pro, you can move the layers of a Photoshop document independently
of one another.
1 Import the Photoshop document either as single layers, or as a sequence. For more information, see “Import a
layered Photoshop file” on page 92.
2 Either open the bin containing the layer clips, and drop them into video tracks above one another in a sequence; or
open the sequence containing the clip layers.
3 Use the Motion effect controls for each layer clip to move or scale the layer clip independently of the other layer
clips. For more information, see
“Adjust position, scale, and rotation” on page 280.
